摘要: Abstract We present experimental measurements and theoretical calculations of the band-to-band optical absorption a Ga(In)As Ga(In,Al)As superlattice under electric magnetic fields applied parallel to growth axis. Coulombic effects are considered in simple model which incorporates different dependences vertical oblique excitons field. Scattering on conduction magneto-Wannier-Stark states also theoretically considered.
