International Integration: The European and the Universal Process

摘要: The established nation-state is in full retreat Europe while it advancing voraciously Africa and Asia. Integration among discrete political units a historical fact Europe, but disintegration seems to be the dominant motif elsewhere. Cannot example of successful integration imitated? Could not techniques international supranational cooperation developed Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels put use Accra, Bangkok, Cairo, as well on East River New York?
