摘要: Abstract: The phenomena involved in a brazing process constitute set of very complex spatially distributed, transient physical and chemical processes, influenced by multiple parameters. This has been difficult to model reliably. chapter offers high level review three broad areas modeling: (i) the heating/cooling during brazing, (ii) thermomechanical behavior brazed assemblies, (iii) micro-scale phenomena, taking place joint zone primarily related transport phenomena. discussion illustrates importance modeling processes its increasing contribution long-lasting success art.
