摘要: Menstrual cycle physiology and sexual behavior were studied in female cynomolgus monkeys following short- long-term administration of RU 486 a placebo, given by gavage at the end cycle. Some evidence menstrual irregularity associated with extended follicular phases was found two four females treated 486, but interpretation is difficult because small number subjects. No effect apparent on or males which they tested.
