摘要: SummaryWe report analysis of surgical results in 110 consecutive infants and children who underwent atrial repair simple complete transposition using the Senning operation between February 1978 May 1990. Mean age at was 5.4 months ± 6.1 (range 1 week to 4 years); 75 were less than 6 old. There 72 males 38 females. Operative mortality rate 5.5%, with one late death. Average follow-up is 48.1 44 followed greater 3 years, 27 5 years. Postoperative cardiac catheterization performed 48 patients. Right ventricular ejection fraction averaged 0.52 0.08 normal 28 Response right afrerload stress abnormal 12 14 patients tested. increased normally during exercise patients, but 15. Significant arrhythmia 26 patients: required pacemakers for slow junctional or heart block; 20 additional have a rhythm. Six delayed nodal recovery time. At last follow-up, 88 (98%) New York Heart Association functional Class I, 2 (2%) II. The compete can be accomplished low operative mortality. Serious baffle complications rare. Surviving clinically well, arrhythmias depressed function may limit their long-term status.
