摘要: The adsorption of glucose oxidase at a platinum electrode followed by immobilization in an electrochemically polymerized phenol film was found to be reproducible method for the fabrication enzyme microelectrodes responsive glucose. observed responses were comparable those predicted on basis monolayer coverage enzyme. electrodes stable more than 40 d storage 4 °C.
