摘要: The fundamental signaling role of kinases in cell function and survival has long been recognized as a potentially critical point for pharmacological intervention. Designing covalent inhibitors known kinase targets proven to be an effective means identifying selective potent drug candidates. Many these have now advanced into clinical studies cancer patients, while some gained FDA approval are currently being used treat hematologic well solid tumors. This review will provide overview the key concepts considered before embarking on medicinal chemistry campaign using approach.
