摘要: For the ectomycorrhizal establishment, different signals must be exchanged between plants and fungal partners. After a brief description of ectomycorrhiza formation, present chapter highlights recent works on nature signal molecules involved in this type plant–microbe interaction. Signals spore germination mycelium growth, including chemoattraction by root, hyphae–root adhesion, penetration fungus into root will addressed. The associated to development structures also overviewed. production signals, formation symbiotic (mantle Hartig-net), functioning, new pattern gene expression protein synthesis is required. Studies reporting involvement plant defense responses during early stages role reactive oxygen species as signaling reviewed.
