摘要: Fourteen multi- and eight primiparous high-yielding dairy cows were followed from the first till fourth ovulation postpartum. Cows randomly divided into two groups supplemented with soybean (group I; n = 11) or rapeseed meal II; 11). Both subjected to a biopsy sampling of corpus luteum (CL) at cycle day 9. The luteal capillary network (visualized by Bandeiraea simplicifolia) was denser in cycles 2 3 (p 0.0005). same seen for surface occupied steroidogenic cells 3β-hydroxysteroiddehydrogenase) 0.0001). peripheral blood progesterone concentration showed an increasing trend number higher 0.013), which had also larger glands on area endothelial positively correlated (r 0.59; p < areas negatively nonesterified fatty acids (NEFAs) (respectively, r -0.377; 0.004 -0.355; 0.007). We can conclude that generally have levels during three after calving is associated CL. In comparison those post-partum cycle, corpora lutea cells, while these are only concentrations.
