摘要: Abstract Metallurgically bonded NiCr–Cr3C2 composite coatings modified by the additions of Cr were produced on a Ni-based superalloy substrate high temperature vacuum brazing process. Effects addition microstructure, phases presented and interfacial diffusion have been investigated. Results show that additive consumed Si element to form Cr3Si reduced amount brittle phase Ni3Si at interface. The higher was in coating, thinner thickness secondary reaction zone, lower
