摘要: Abstract In the last decades, many of most talented and promising young graduates in developed economies have joined financial industry. Simultaneously, ill-designed incentives’ schemes favored development a culture which excessive greed, free-riders’ behavior, unreasonable appetite for risk, short-term decision making endangered economy and, potentially, laid foundations financial, economic, social, environmental crises.
