摘要: A novel green unicellular microalgal isolate from the freshwater of Inner Mongolia Province China and named as CCTCC M209220, grows between pH 6 11 temperatures 20-35°C with optimal conditions at 9 30°C. Morphological features phylogenetic analysis for 18S rRNA gene reveal that is a Chlorella sorokiniana strain. nitrogen source test reveals this strain can grow well nitrate urea, but not ammonium. The heterotrophically glucose carbon accumulates lipid content high 56% (w/w) dry weight after 7 days in concentrations compared to 19% lipids achieved 30 photoautotrophic culture. relative neutral fraction total also much higher heterotrophic culture
