摘要: Resume Si l’echographie est l’examen de reference pour le depistage des anomalies cerebrales fœtales, l’IRM realisee en seconde intention sur indications bien precises. Ces deux techniques sont complementaires mais independantes et la synthese ces examens a posteriori permet pratique une analyse plus precise fœtales. La technique fusion coupler temps reel images d’echographie avec obtenues autre d’imagerie (scanner ou IRM). Cette applicable l’etude du cerveau fœtal reconnaissance synchrone structures anatomiques presente multiples avantages, notamment plan pedagogique. Il faut toutefois preciser que son acces reste actuellement limite au domaine recherche.
