摘要: The health of the Oromo people is determined by complex and intertwined social natural environments. Modifying or entirely changing these environments necessitates developing effective organizations leadership. Colonial socio-cultural-structural impositions conditioned to adopt Euro-centric discourses its top-down organizational structure.  structure incompatible with episteme; it inaccessible, inequitable unsustainable.
