Radiocarbon evidence for a prehistoric deliberate translocation: the weasel (Mustela nivalis) of Mallorca

摘要: We present radiocarbon evidence for the presence of weasel (Mustela nivalis) on Mallorca prior to Roman colonization Balearics. These dates indicate that translocation occurred in Late Prehistory.
