摘要: It is now widely recognised that there a need for good methods of disseminating the large amounts digital data generated by scientific projects such as space missions and major ground-based observatories. Funding these can only be justified if return on they collect. Thus, wherever possible, from project should made available within user community (subject to any time-limited period individual privilege).
