摘要: In this study, we extended previous research by concentrating on sleep- and grief-related symptoms in a cohort of bereaved college students, view the potential for each these problems to exacerbate other. A sample 815 students completed Inventory Complicated Grief (H. G. Prigerson & S. C. Jacobs, 2001), along with an assessment diagnostic criteria insomnia associated sleep behaviors. As predicted, rate was significantly higher (22%) than nonbereaved comparison group (17%), difference that particularly pronounced terms middle insomnia. Also as hypothesized, insomniacs reported complicated grief scores noninsomniacs, several specific variables (including sleep-onset related nighttime rumination about loss sleep-maintenance dreaming deceased) were symptomatology.
