摘要: Introduction: The aim of this review is to summarize the available evidence for changes in bile composition following liver surgery and assess their use predicting post-operative complications. Materials Methods: A literature search was undertaken all studies focusing on composition, volume analysis. Articles were selected from MEDLINE, Embase Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials databases up May 2009.
