摘要: In Western industrialized countries the incidence of pancreatic diseases is increasing [1–3]. Major surgery still, carries a considerable risk morbidity and even mortality. Although they have decreased over recent years, mortality rates following resection are between 3% 10% complications including medical surgical occur in 30 % to 50 patients [4–22].
