摘要: Experimental hysteresis loops are presented for thin anisotropic films (81% nickel‐19% iron) in which cusplike bumps exist angles larger than 20° between the applied field and hard magnetic direction. The Stoner—Wohlfarth model a uniaxially material indicates these cusps should vanish 13°, new is developed accounts observed. This takes into account, an approximate way, effects of crystalline anisotropy randomly oriented, polycrystalline materials. In addition to providing understanding observed loop behavior, this leads suggestion possible mechanism creep thin‐film memory devices. According suggestion, may be reduced by reducing magnitude material, discussion some alloys accomplishing goal given.
