摘要: Abstract In this paper, linear and nonlinear properties of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) are studied in terms wavelength for triangular square lattices to investigate the effects changing dimensions including air-hole diameter, pitch size number rings on dispersion profile its parameter. A chalcogenide based PCF is proposed paper modeled TCAD environment Mode Solution software related Lumerical package. The finite difference eigenmode solver numerical method utilized modeling anisotropic perfectly matched layers (PML) assumed as absorbing boundaries be positioned outside outer-most ring air-holes. Accordingly, each aforementioned parameters value slope loss profiles well parameter systematically determined. For instance, results achieved by simulation show that both reduced considering diameter air holes with a constant increasing fiber. Moreover, fixed hole diameters lead an increase wavelength. Additionally, Further, input source’s will result reduction
