摘要: Abstract This article presents a comparison of the diagnostic results from lay-administered interview for depression with clinical diagnosis in community sample. The purpose is to assess reasons discrepancies between two approaches. majority result inconsistent episode reports at interviews. We propose number possible explanations inconsistenciies. An empirical analysis that identifies predictors consistent vs. supports strong influence respondent recall error. discuss implications our previous comparisons and instruments.
