摘要: The clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) is one of the most fatal urologic tumors, and prognosis remains very poor for advanced or metastatic ccRCC. This study reveals roles microRNA (miR)-30c in regulating a highly aggressive ccRCC line proliferation by targeting MTA-1, which key mediator human cancer metastasis. Results from quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction showed that expression target miR-30c, was significantly higher specimens than nonmetastatic nontumor specimens. Accordingly, endogenous miR-30c at much lower level Caki-1 cells lines. Expression via lentivirus vector inhibits proliferation, anchorage-independent growth, vitro invasion migration, vivo growth repressing MTA-1 protein expression. also enhances sensitivity to anticancer agents, including sorafenib paclitaxel. These data reveal potential application its gene, would be treatment.
