摘要: After 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, which hit and devastated several Countries in Southeast Asia, University of Brescia Mahidol started a project on water monitoring treatment for drinking purposes Takua Pa district (Thailand), the most damaged by tsunami. In particular, this paper presents results study conducted to evaluate effectiveness plant identify actions that could be adopted improve its performances. The show that, even if effluent usually meets Thai guide values, except pH is already too acid influent, needs structural managerial improvements, such as filtration sedimentation upgrade, coagulation/flocculation final disinfection re-organization, use proper registers better plan control employees activities. Moreover, it was determined quality distribution network characterized turbidity organic matter values higher than those evaluated effluent.
