摘要: Community Mapping and Citizen Science involve members of the public in projects to address real-world problems such as noise pollution, air pollution or large-scale development their neighbourhood. Many these are inherently location-based maps provide a powerful tool for engagement. Most importantly, they can be tailor-made display information required by drivers projects—different groups people with different interests. Previous allowed capture data use on via web based systems. However, mobile devices offer additional means in-built sensing (microphone, accelerometer, GPS) allow participants work types not available web-based Although many Applications (Apps) exist, our experience community shows that flexibility is key—the themselves must able decide what interested in. While it possible meet this need developing bespoke App each group, group involved programmers do have funding development. This paper describes location services platform Science. The allows an unlimited number Apps created non-technical administrator, without programming skills.
