摘要: Abstract The bearing alloy with the composition of Al–15%Pb–4%Si–1%Sn–1.5%Cu (mass fraction, %) was prepared by mechanical alloying and hot extrusion. By using X-ray diffraction (XRD) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, grain size, morphology microstructure alloyed powders hot-extruded bulk were investigated. experimental results show that nano-crystalline phase amorphous achieved during MA. After milling for 40 h, Al crystalline Pb are 30 nm 20 nm, respectively. In extruded at 400 °C, nanograin about 65 nm remains, submicro some observed, homogeneous ultra-fine lead particles obtained in aluminum matrix. σ be 0.2 400 °C up to 610 440 MPa, respectively, hardness is exceeded 182HV5, which higher than Al–Pb serial alloys synthesized other technology.
