摘要: The viral responsive protein, PmHHAP, plays an important role in the control of hemocyte homeostasis shrimps during infection. In this study, we further investigate PmHHAP regulation apoptosis. RNA interference (RNAi) mediated gene silencing was used to suppress expression and change apoptosis determined knockdown shrimp. Within circulating hemocytes, increased number annexin V-positive apoptotic cells combined caspase-3/-7 activity induced characteristic DNA ladder.
