摘要: The techniques introduced herein provide a system and method for determining whether an inter-RAT handover is SRVCC handover, performing the subsequent handover. include receiving command message that does not related information elements, example "RAB info to replace," but continuing with using circuit-switched RAB provided in setup. also elements by alternative method.
