摘要: The state in its present form is a relatively new of political organisation Africa. boundaries African states are legacy colonialism and many impractical politically, socially economically. Several have experienced what has been termed collapse. A collapsed one that ceases to perform the functions commonly expected state. Democratic Republic Congo characteristic Its history provides an explanation for current situation. Years exploitative colonial rule were closely followed by 32 years authoritarian under Mobutu, uncertain situation which prevails at present. In order arrive solution this crisis, DRC as well system Africa critically examined.
