Tumor regression grades, K-RAS mutational profile and c-MET in colorectal liver metastases.

摘要: Abstract Introduction Recently TRG, necrosis grade and the rate of viable cancer cells colorectal liver metastases were correlated with response to chemotherapy treatments, whereas K-RAS mutations c-MET over-expression prognosis. Methods 58 resection specimens assessed for regression grades. Patients undergone neo-adjuvant treatments compared patients who underwent therapy exclusively adjuvantly. We investigated mutational profile, along patients’ survivals curves. Results treatment presented significant higher fibrosis rates lower cells. 36.7% had a mutation 26.7% over-expression, but these features did not correlate clinical/pathological data. Survival analysis documented that WT presenting worse outcomes. Conclusion Fibrosis significantly treatments. is promising marker in patients.
