摘要: Abstract This work describes a planar sensor chip with three integrated electrodes for the determination of Hg(II) by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). The features Au-film working and auxiliary Ag-film reference electrode; all metal-film are deposited on silicon substrate sputtering. Definition geometrical pattern involves appropriate application simple plastic masks during deposition metal making this approach simpler, faster less laborious than photolithography. electrode is characterized optical techniques cyclic chemical instrumental conditions ASV studied in detail. limit detection 0.6 μg L−1, within-sensor repeatability (expressed as coefficient variation 20 measurements at 20 μg L−1 level) 3.7% between-sensor reproducibility 6 different sensors 11.8%. successfully applied to fish oil sample. proposed fabrication offers scope mass-production robust low cost which applicable on-site analysis.
