摘要: High resolution structural studies of four NAD-dependent dehydrogenases and five NADP-dependent enzymes have now been completed (Table 1). In many cases, extensive results are also available for complexes these with substrates, inhibitors, coenzymes, coenzyme analogs. I shall review here the wealth information obtained from show stimulus derived in some quite unexpected topics.
