摘要: From development perspective, this article defines Global Governance (GG) as a set of three global‐level systems, institutions, and processes that interact manifest at the country level influence policies relating to well outcomes. The key GG components are: (i) International Trade Investment (ITI) systems provide foreign investment capital thus promote economic growth; (ii) internationally agreed United Nations Development Agenda (UNDA), 2015‐2030 Sustainable Goals (SDGs) include, inter alia, inclusion, equity, sustainability parameters development; (iii) advocacy by international non‐government organizations (INGOs) for human rights social justice. Depending on government priorities their state governance, countries respond in varied ways. By focusing Ready Made Garment (RMG) sector Bangladesh paper examines relationships between dynamics GG/country‐level interface responses policy outcomes, contexts country's overall political, social, governance arrangements.
