[Study of hepatitis C virus specific immune responses in anti-HCV positive patients without hepatitis C viremia].

摘要: OBJECTIVE To study the hepatitis C virus specific immune responses in anti - HCV positive patients without viremia. METHODS 15 anti-HCV viremia, with chronic infection and normal controls were selected for this study. The T cell responses, NK (natural killer cells) activity, cytokine production antibodies detected by MTT, LDH release ELISA. RESULTS Our showed that proliferative reaction of viremia was significantly higher than response core antigen NS3 N54, but there no significant to NS5 antigen. We also found differences antibody activity between two groups level IFN-gamma persistent infection. CONCLUSIONS There are a lot advantageous changes humoral cellular these may play role clearance HCV.
