摘要: Abstract Series of carbon nanotube supported Ru-based catalysts were prepared by impregnation method and applied successfully for complete removal CO selective methanation from H 2 -rich gas stream conducted in a fixed-bed quartz tubular reactor at ambient pressure. It was found that the metal promoter, reduction temperature loading affected catalytic properties significantly. The most excellent performance presented 30 wt% Ru-Zr/CNTs catalyst reduced 350 °C. Since it decreased concentration to below 10 ppm 12000 range 180–240 °C, kept selectivity higher than 85% 200 Characterization using XRD, TEM, -TPR XPS suggests Zr modification Ru/CNTs results weakening interaction between Ru CNTs, dispersion oxidization surface Ru. Amorphous high dispersed particles with small size obtained leading methanation.
