摘要: Tongue activity constitutes a helpful factor in using complete dentures. It has not however been identified, to what extent the force of tongue can directly stabilize denture during occurrence biting forces. Dislodgement held by patients shows significant dependence on strength efficiency, only few are able analyze mechanisms their tongues denture. The results FEM analysis show that strong advantageous influence lateral stability chewing and also biting, slightly lower ability counteracting destabilization towards front. role played retention is it locates means tactile sensation but supports forces dislodgement.
