摘要: PTP1B is an important negative regulator of insulin and other signaling pathways in mammals. However, the role regulation RAS-MAPK remains open to deliberation, due conflicting evidence from different experimental systems. The Drosophila orthologue mammalian PTP1B, PTP61F, has until recently remained largely uncharacterized. To establish potential PTP61F particularly help resolve its fundamental function signaling, we generated a new allele Ptp61F as well employed both RNA interference overexpression alleles. Our results validate recent data showing that activity Abl kinase increased mutants lines. Importantly, RAS/MAPK pathway by whole animals. Of particular interest, our document modulation hyperactive MAP alleles, phosphatase intervenes directly or indirectly regulate itself.
