摘要: Background: Patch testing with corticosteroid marker molecules is advocated because all available corticosteroids impossible in clinical practice. Most commonly used are budesonide, tixocortol pivalate, and hydrocortisone-17-butyrate. We have been patch not only the three markers, but also two mixes, each consisting of different concentrations markers. Objective: describe a patient allergic to toxicortol who was diagnosed by using lower test concentration that recommended, 0.1% petrolatum, as well weak mix, 0.202%.
