摘要: Abstract Cardiovascular effects of activation opioid receptor like receptors (ORL1 receptors) in the nucleus ambiguus were studied urethane-anesthetized, adult male Wistar rats. Microinjections nociceptin (0.31, 0.62, 1.25 and 2.25 mmol/L) into elicited increases heart rate (17.5 ± 4, 33.3 ± 2.9, 16.5 ± 1.5 13.9 ± 2.7 beats/min, respectively) which blocked by an ORL1 antagonist. These results indicate that elicits tachycardia.
