摘要: The invention involves a method for the in vitro T cell production. A monolayer of non-human primate thymic stromal cells are cocultured with hematopoietic progenitor cells. This results differentiation and growth mature may be isolated at any sequential stage further expanded by coculture mitogenic agent. also genetically altered process. effect agents on measured comparing containing agent control or test culture culture.
