摘要: Comorbidity of depression and diabetes is common, each disorder has a negative impact on the outcome other. Comorbid associated with reduced adherence medication self-care management, poor glycaemic control, increased health care utilization, costs elevated complications, well mortality patients diabetes. Psychological pharmacological interventions are shown be effective improving symptoms; however, collaborative programs that simultaneously manage disorders seem most diabetes-related outcomes.
