摘要: In the Orient, prominent malar regions are considered unaesthetic and majority of women with a want to reduce zygoma. Various operative procedures such as shaving or chiseling zygomatic body arch have been used for reducing eminence, but cannot be reduced sufficiently by these methods. By combining intraoral new effect infracture technique through temporopreauricular incision, we obtained very satisfactory results in 19 cases notable minimal complications over last three years.
