摘要: Methods using mass spectral data analysis and a classification algorithm provide an ability to determine whether non-small-cell lung cancer patient, head neck squamous cell carcinoma or colorectal patient has likely developed non-responsiveness treatment with drug targeting epidermal growth factor receptor pathway. As the methods of this disclosure require only simple blood samples, enable fast non-intrusive way measuring when drugs EGFR pathway cease be effective in certain patients.
