摘要: A self-venting valve apparatus (2) uses a stem (16) rotatably and slidably mounted to vessel (4) by collar (8). single gasket (46) seals the gas inlet liquid outlet in closed configuration. To drain liquid, is unscrewed so bottom threads (34) disengage from (8), lowers until top (36) of engage are screwed (8) secure open position. Fluid drains through central passage (18) before enters groove (20) sidewall allow proper siphoning. The then exits into collector knob (32).
