摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the optimal methods for measuring mismatch negativity (MMN), an auditory event-related potential (ERP), and quantify sources of MMN variance in a multisite setting. Methods Reliability frequency, duration, double (frequency + duration) was determined from eight traveling subjects, tested on two occasions at laboratory sites. Deviant-specific components were estimated peak amplitude latency measures using different ERP processing methods. Generalizability (G) coefficients calculated two-facet (site occasion), fully-crossed models single-facet (occasion) within each to assess reliability. Results G-coefficients indicated fair (0.4 0.5). reliability greater than reliability, with mastoid referencing significantly outperformed nose-referencing. Conclusions EEG preprocessing have impact amplitude. Within site can be excellent, consistent prior single studies. Significance With standardized data collection processing, reliably obtained studies, providing larger samples sizeswithin rare patient groups.
