摘要: Client influence on property valuation has been an emerging theme of behavioural research in the real estate discipline. Studies valuers’ decision-making behaviour imply that client is important source judgemental bias. Academic interest evolved from identifying existence pressure to studies explain mechanism influence. A questionnaire survey was administered valuers measure their perception with regard factors affecting Malaysia. The effect size and value adjustment requested by clients were also tested a experiment. revealed Malaysia perceived characteristics valuer as some most valuations. It found such type client, integrity experience could potentially impact amount exerted results logistic regression model indicated neither nor magnitude affected decisions alter outcome.
