摘要: Abstract: Membrane bioreactors (MBRs) and their potential uses in food processing ingredients production are discussed, where ‘membrane bioreactor’ applies to any system constituted from a reactor working with enzymes or whole cells as the catalyst membrane for separation and/or contacting purposes. The various types of MBR presented advantages well drawbacks discussed. Several applications MBRs different areas then presented.
