摘要: The precipitation behavior of several Cu-bearing steels with various copper contents during continuous cooling has been studied. optical microscope and HRTEM were employed to study the influence rate on process. Also, hardness samples different processes is tested. results show that when was cooled at a between 0.1-1°C/s increasing second phase precipitates become finer but denser. When 1°C /s density are largest. quicker than as increase fewer. tests also sample will get highest hardness. larger 5°C /s, there few in samples. copper-rich form by Inter-phase precipitation, i.e. G.P zone main cause strengthen alloy. As content varies from 1.5wt% 2.5wt% could be obtain largest
