摘要: Abstract: Viruses are common causes of foodborne outbreaks. Viral diseases have low fatality rates but transmission to humans via food is important due the high probability consuming fecally contaminated or water because poor handling. Because infectious doses some viruses, there a need for standardization and development new sensitive methods detecting viruses. The focus on molecular non-molecular approaches, emerging detection noroviruses, hepatitis A E rotaviruses adenoviruses will be discussed. chapter conclude with insights into future research directions.
