摘要: Abstract The retention mechanism was studied for the cations of alkaline earth metals and Zn2+ Ni2+, Co2+, Cd2+ Bi3+ on a C18 column permanently coated with sodium dodecylsulphate, aqueous mobile phases containing cupric chloride or sulphate, cerous nitrate. dependencies logarithm capacity ratio eluent concentration were linear, demonstrating that ion-exchange predominating separation mode; slopes these in good agreement values predicted from theory. Indirect UV photometric detection yielded limits (LOD) 21, 44, 120 275 ng volume injected, 20 μl, Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+ Ba2+, respectively, 10−2M copper(II) phase; respective LOD decreased to 0.8, 1.6, 3.0 6.7 5 × 10−4M cerium(III) nitrate eluent. method found be primarily suitable determination earths applied analyses surface mineral waters.
